I remember hearing Toby play when I first moved to London in 2013 and not only was he an incredible musician, he was the nicest guy.
In recent times we have been hearing that more and more young men have been taking their lives with the pressures of today.
My younger brother has suffered with mental health over the past decade, during his time in the armed forces and even more so after it. All be it, he is on a better path now, that’s not the same story to millions of other men who are suffering today.
In 2026 we are seeing more and more men seeking counselling which only has a positive effect on the individual and those surrounding them.
Seed sessions are doing a really fantastic job providing the help and mentoring to male musicians who are in most need of it. I’m proud to be associated with this great charity and I look forward to working alongside it.
