In this podcast you will hear excerpts from an extraordinary evening we shared at The Gallimaufry in Bristol on 9th December 2025. The event had a particular focus on grief and mental health, and featured poems from Mark De’Lisser and music from Komposa, Waldo’s Gift, Let’s Talk Jam and Binbag Wisdom (playing in the intro). We also had a panel discussion, hosted by Isie (Founder of Seed Sessions) and joined by Cory Stewart, Sophie Wilsdon, Jane Lings and Alun Elliott-Williams.
