Daniel Lydon

Daniel was appointed as a Trustee for Seed Sessions in December 2024. He is a musician (performing under the name Danny Burrito) and is currently looking to begin training to become a psychotherapist. Daniel is a former participant of the 2022 Seed Sessions cohort.

He says “Seed Sessions has changed my life. It has served as the catalyst for my journey of self-growth and discovery. It has inspired me to want to become a therapist myself, to give back to my community in the way that Seed Sessions was able to do for me. I believe that my experience as a former participant will play a vital role in helping to shape the future of this incredible charity.”
